Wuxi Baiqi Hydraulic Cylinder Co., Ltd. was founded in 2007. The company is located on the shore of the beautiful Taihu Lake, Wuxi, Jiangsu. We are a manufacturer specializing in hydraulic cylinders with high-precision cold-drawn tubes, rolled tubes, and honed tubes. We have skilled technical force, various galaxies of talents, and complete production equipment. We mainly specialize in the production of Φ30-Φ800 air cylinders and oil cylinder tubes of various specifications; Φ6-Φ800 piston rods of various specifications for air cylinders and oil cylinders. Characteristics and main technical properties of hydraulic cylinders:
Applicable medium: mineral oil, water-glycol or other medium. It has a maximum working pressure of 25 MPa, and it adopts a modular structure with flanges at both ends for ease of production and maintenance.
Complete range of forms and specifications: a total of 16 cylinder diameter specifications, each with 2*8 assembly forms, forming 256 varieties. The hydraulic cylinder is a double-acting single-piston type, divided into the cylinder with differential effect and the cylinder with constant speed, with adjustable buffer (or without), and can also be provided with a protective cover. All C25 and D25 series can be provided with proximity switches, and C25 series with bore D=50-400 (except D=40) can be provided with built-in displacement sensors.
The basic performance parameters conform to ISO and GB standards, and the installation form and size conform to the standards of German steel manufacturers, and are consistent with the "CD250, CG250" of REXROTH and the "DINTYP200/250" series of FOSSA, Italy, as well as with the "Series250k" series of ELRAM, UK. The products have a wide range of applications at home and abroad and is convenient for international exchange.
All seals and guides are made in China, or imported components are used according to user requirements.
