Material geometric parameters of the boring blade used for machining the boring tube
The boring blade can be made of different tool materials such as cemented carbide, ceramic, cermet, PCD, PCBN, etc. Cemented carbide boring blades are mostly coated with PVD or CVD coatings. For example, PVD TiN coatings are suitable for machining superalloys and austenitic stainless steels; PVD TiAlN coatings are widely used for processing most steel, titanium alloys, cast iron, and nonferrous metal alloys. Both of these coatings are coated on a cemented carbide substrate with good resistance to thermal deformation and intermittent cutting.

Difference between finish rolled pipe and finish drawn pipe: 1. Fine drawing Cold drawing refers to the drawing of metal pipes without heating using a cold drawing machine. The advantage is that it does not need to be carried out at high temperatures. The disadvantage is that the residual stress is large, and it cannot be drawn too long. Cold drawing can improve toughness and tensile strength to obtain better mechanical properties. Cold drawn seamless steel pipe process: round tube blank → heating → piercing → heading → annealing → pickling → multi-pass cold drawing → semi-finished pipe → heat treatment → straightening → hydraulic test (flaw detection) → marking → warehousing.

Processing Technology of Piston Rod
The piston rod is processed by rolling to improve its surface corrosion resistance and delay the generation or expansion of fatigue cracks, thereby improving the fatigue strength of the cylinder rod. Through rolling forming, a cold work hardening layer is formed on the rolling surface, reducing the elastic and plastic deformation of the contact surface of the grinding pair, thereby improving the wear resistance of the surface of the cylinder rod, while avoiding burns caused by grinding. After rolling, the reduction of surface roughness can improve the fitting properties. At the same time, it reduces friction damage to the sealing ring or seal when the cylinder rod and piston move, and improves the overall service life of the cylinder. Rolling process is a highly efficient and high-quality process measure.
Application of piston rod
Piston rod is mainly used for hydraulic and pneumatic, engineering machinery, and automobile manufacturing. The piston rod is processed by rolling. Due to the residual compressive stress left on the surface layer, it helps to seal small surface cracks and hinders the expansion of erosion. Thereby improving the surface corrosion resistance, and delaying the generation or expansion of fatigue cracks, thereby improving the fatigue strength of the cylinder rod.
Working principle of hydraulic oil actuated piston rod
The original surface quality of the stopper rod (after finishing turning) has a significant impact on the rolling quality. When rolling a workpiece with a rigid rolling tool, the rolling accuracy mainly depends on the original surface condition of the workpiece. Generally, rigid rolling tools can only improve the original accuracy by about 5% to 10%.
